Launch approval areas
Every production launch has an agreed checklist based on the host platform and issuer programme. The following areas should have named owners and recorded approval before access is enabled.
- Commercial and issuer programme approval
- Brand, content, terms, and disclosure approval
- Security, privacy, and access-control review
- Sandbox test completion and issue closure
- Monitoring, reconciliation, and escalation readiness
- Customer support scripts and ownership
- Controlled launch and rollback plan
Post-launch monitoring
Closely monitor journey completion, payment and booking states, callback processing, reconciliation queues, customer support contacts, and issuer-specific issues during the controlled launch period.
