There is no useful one-number answer to “How much does an FD SDK cost?” because providers can package implementation, software, issuer access, operations, and support differently. A fair comparison converts every proposal into the same volume assumptions and total-cost model.
An FD SDK or fixed deposit API proposal may include some combination of:
Ask whether quoted fees include taxes and third-party pass-through charges, and whether unsuccessful, abandoned, reversed, or repeated transactions are billable.
A low API price can be misleading if the distributor must build the customer journey, normalize every issuer, operate reconciliation, manage servicing, and maintain changes. Conversely, a full white-label SDK may include interface and orchestration capabilities that a team already owns.
Define the required scope before comparing proposals: issuer coverage, SDK or API model, KYC and payment workflow, theming, booking states, portfolio, maturity, withdrawal, reporting, reconciliation, support, and launch assistance.
The FD API integration guide explains the engineering work behind a direct API model. The white-label architecture guide explains the packaged SDK model.
Evaluate at least a 12- to 24-month period. Include internal engineering, product, design, security, compliance, operations, support, and issuer-management effort—not only the vendor invoice.
Model several realistic scenarios:
Run conservative, expected, and high-volume cases. This exposes minimum commitments that look inexpensive at scale but are costly during rollout.
Commercials should be evaluated alongside live issuer availability, customer experience, lifecycle depth, security evidence, documentation, sandbox quality, reconciliation, support, and change management. The cheapest quoted integration can become the most expensive option if it creates substantial operating work or slows launch.
Use the FD SDK provider comparison to score providers consistently. Blostem prepares a tailored proposal after reviewing issuer coverage, integration model, expected volume, support needs, and required configuration. To discuss that scope, visit the Blostem FD SDK provider page.
